Mighty Ventures, Inc., manager of the SMARTGRIP trademark and related patents and intellectual property covering Smartgrip Technology products, welcomes submissions from companies who may be interested in pursuing Smartgrip Technology licensing opportunities. Because Mighty Ventures, Inc. has been active for many years in the Smartgrip Technology product space, it has developed an extensive knowledge base of Smartgrip Technology products and applications that it considers to be proprietary to Mighty Ventures, Inc. and/or free from third-party intellectual property claims. To avoid conflicts with potential new partners who may view their own licensing ideas as proprietary, we require that you use this Licensing Request form to submit only non-confidential information representing a high-level description of the non-proprietary aspects of your product concept. To be clear: do not submit anything you consider to be proprietary or confidential. You agree that anything you submit via this licensing request may be used by mighty ventures, inc. In any way it sees fit without any obligation to you. If Mighty Ventures, Inc. determines from your high-level description that it is interested in pursuing the concept with you, and if you advise that further information cannot be provided without a non-disclosure agreement, Mighty Ventures, Inc. will give consideration to such an agreement. This Licensing Request form is provided for the purpose of sharing non-proprietary information only. It does not constitute an offer by Mighty Ventures, Inc. to discuss, negotiate, or enter into any license or other transaction. In the event that your submission of this Licensing Request does result in Mighty Ventures, Inc. pursuing discussions or negotiations with you, Mighty Ventures, Inc. reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate such discussions or negotiations at any time. In the event that your submission of this licensing request does not result in mighty ventures, inc. Pursuing discussions or negotiations with you, nothing shall hinder or impair mightly ventures, inc. From continuing the development of Smartgrip technology products, for its sole benefit and with exclusive ownership of all proprietary rights therein, notwithstanding that any such product may be considered by you to be based in whole or in part on the information you submit via this licensing request. In the event that your submission of this Licensing Request does not result in Mighty Ventures, Inc. pursuing discussions or negotiations with you, nothing shall impair or hinder Mighty Ventures, Inc. from continuing its development of Smartgrip technology products without any obligation to you.
